Dear guests, We now require a credit card on file before booking any appointment.
At MARLO Salon your business and time are very important to us. While we understand that we all have things going on in our busy lives, our time is our livelihood and our careers. We love every one of our clients but we need enough notice when cancelling appointment to ensure we can meet all of our guests needs as well as our staff. We now send out email and text reminders 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If you are not able to make your appointment please call the salon to cancel.
If your appointment is not cancelled 24 hours in advance, 50% of the service scheduled will be charged to the account.
If there is no prior notice for your cancellation, and you do not show up, there will be a 100% charge of the service scheduled.
We understand life happens and so do emergencies, so if its something urgent please let us know!
